GT Landmark project Phase 1 comprises plots F1-4, G3-3 and F2-3.  F1-4 consists of 76,060 sq. meters of 'grade A' office towers and podium, G3-3 consists of 85,000 sq. meters of residential towers and podium and F2-3 consists of 172,000 sq. meters of ‘grade A’ office towers and podium.  Major facade systems include Unitized Curtain wall, long span skylights, site fixed stone and glass wall systems.

KWP was contracted directly by the Developer to ensure a 'grade A' achievement for all the facades in their GT landmark developments in Guangzhou.
