"Yantai Shimao No. 1 The Harbor" shall be thee landmark in Yantai city, and the tallest building in Shandong Province. It consists of one, 323 meters high mix-used tower, and a large retail podium.  The facade of T1 tower is composed of both a unitized curtain wall systems and semi unitized curtain wall systems. The facades of the retail podiums consist of semi unitized curtain wall systems, tension cable glass walls and stone cladding.

The developer is Shimao Group, one of the largest developers in China and known internationally for their landmark office and 5-star hotel developments.  KWP was contracted directly by the Shimao Group to ensure a 'Grade A' achievement for Yantai Shimao No. 1 the Harbor.
