The project is located in Yangzhou. It consists of a 100 meter high, 5-star hotel and a 5-storey high podium. The second phase will consist of an additional hotel tower. The Shangri-la hotel group requested the highest level of quality design and construction for this project. KWP worked together with Japanese architecture firm – KKS to meet very challenging requirements including; appearance, budget, performance, and quality. KWP were appointed by the Developers for full façade consultancy, from design through project completion.
