The project is located in Pudong Zhuyuan Central Business District. It consists of a 70m high ‘Grade A’ office building and a 3-storey high podium. The architectural design combines vertical unitized glass curtain wall with alternating site fixed stone in a repeating rhythm consistant with Art Deco Style of Architecture. The spandrel is cladded with decorative aluminum panel, which shows a repeating pattern. KWP were appointed by the Developers for full façade consultancy, from design through project completion.
