German Center is a grade ‘A’ office complex and residence in Pudong Shanghai.  The project was built to promote German business startups in China and acts as an incubator for companies as they first enter China.  Office building consists of unitized curtain wall and aluminum cladding, while the residential block is a stick system and features glass box entries and glass fin supported glass walls at the ground floor.

KWP was commissioned by the Main Contractor to do post construction due diligence and forensic analysis of the Exterior Wall Systems.
