Xidan Xisi Lot 4 Project is located in Beijing and is one of the largest retail complexes in China.  Xidan is in the middle of a major shopping node, situated just west of Tiananmen Square. It is a multi use facility containing retail, entertainment and business facilities. This project houses the largest LED screen in China and the facade also incorporates projected images creating an event or themed environment.

The owner contracted KWP to ensure a quality facade.  KWP also worked closely with the quantity surveyor in order to achieve budget constraints whilst still achieving high performance and the desired Architectural Design.
