The development consists of two 7 storey office buildings connected by a tension cable supported glass link walkway.  Each building incorporates both unitized glass and granite curtain wall.  Each phase has a feature 30 meter tall glass atrium with skylights.The glass walls are supported by light weight steel columns with side arms and spider fixings.  The glass connection link-way facade has a double complex curve and the glass wall uses a diagonal tension cable system.

KWP was commissioned by SSBA project managers and the client Ericsson of Sweden as the Exterior Wall consultant for all stages of the project.
