River House is situated on the newly developed Suzhou Creek River Walk just west of the Bund.  This luxury residential complex is a renovation of an existing building and has been redesigned to capture the surrounding revitalization of the river walk area.  The building consists of unitized pressure equalized window wall, sliding glass doors and granite facade.  The 5 story retail podium features a glass wall and cantilevered canopies.

The Developer is Hines USA and the Architect is Gensler.  KWP served as the Exterior Wall Consultant from design through completion of the project.
