21st Century Tower is a premier high rise development consisting of a Four Seasons Hotel, Serviced Apartments and Grade ‘A’ office space. The project is located in Pudong Shanghai adjacent to the World Finance Tower and Jin Mao Tower.  The facade is comprised of floor to ceiling, high performance glass, unitized curtain wall.  The system incorporates an exterior lighting scheme and feature horizontal and vertical fins.  The top of the building has an iconic inverted pyramid shape that glows on the skyline during Shanghai nights.

KWP was contracted by Hines USA and HLP Singapore to carry out full scope Facade Consulting Services.  Gensler USA are the International Design Architects.
